NeighDust Haylage and Hay

Nestled in East Anglia, our Suffolk farm is run by family members and we have been making haylage and hay since 2002. On returning from Writtle College, Essex in 2002, Rob Strachan realised there was a lack of farmers producing specifically grown forage for horses, and so a small successful experiment turned into our current business, and demand is very high, we are making more and more each year. Our customers (and their horses!) love our products. Why are we different? We do not just cut any old piece of ancient meadow grass complete with weeds to make the odd bale – we use our arable fields which are ploughed, seeded and managed to perfection, so it is consistent and highly nutritious. As Our Grandad would have said, ‘it’s the proper job’.

We are in easy reach of Norfolk and Suffolk, and large deliveries to Essex, Cambridgeshire and anywhere else in the South East will be considered! We are just 5 miles from Lowestoft, 25 miles from Norwich and 30 miles from Ipswich.
